Check-in: from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

If you arrive earlier or depart later than these times, you can leave your luggage for free. It is necessary to make arrangements with us in advance to best facilitate your plans.

late check-in

If the arrival time is after 8:30 PM, it is necessary to notify us in advance to book the service.
The cost for late check-in is €25 until midnight and €50 after midnight.

Cleaning and Towels

Cleaning is done daily if the room is vacated by 11:00 AM. Towel change is provided after 3 overnight stays or halfway through the stay if the duration exceeds 3 nights.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is always open and at your disposal, but for regulatory reasons related to safety, it is not possible to cook. You can freely use the refrigerator (if your room does not have one or if you need more space), and you will also find an electric kettle and a microwave oven at your disposal. For the use of dishes, please ask us. The wine glasses you find in the room or in the kitchen and the beer glasses are at your disposal. To buy quality wine at a good price, we suggest you visit Trimani, a historic wine shop and a true reference point in Rome since 1821, a few steps from here.

Use of the Terrace

The terrace is at your disposal until 11:00 PM to ensure the tranquility of other guests and the neighborhood. We ask you to keep your voice down and behave respectfully. To turn on the lights, just plug in the cord behind the sofa.

Drinking Water

The water from all our taps is delicious and completely drinkable, coming directly from the Roman aqueduct that has supplied the city for centuries. We advise you to let it run for a few seconds to reach the ideal temperature and enjoy it in all its freshness.

laundry

The washing machine is for staff use only. If you need to wash your clothes, a laundry service that offers excellent service at convenient prices, returning your clothes washed and ironed, is just a 5-minute walk away. It is also open on Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and is located at Via Montebello 11.
